The engagement focused on aligning strategic objectives with measurable KPIs, clarifying ownership, and creating a sustainable performance review cadence for a complex manufacturing environment.
Consulting, Co-Design, and Practical Workshops
The work combined consulting sessions, department-level meetings, and facilitated workshops. Existing KPIs and reports were reviewed against best practices in performance measurement. The team co-designed new indicators where needed, clarified data sources, and documented each KPI using a structured KPI card approach.
