NATCO Group, the Mercedes-Benz representative in Egypt, engaged Real Hands-On to redesign its strategy and performance management architecture at group level. The scope covered Mercedes-Benz Egypt Network, Star Insurance, Exeed Automotive, and Star Network for Mercedes car service centres – with a focus on aligning strategy, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance measurement routines across entities.

From Fragmented Reporting to an Integrated Performance System

Over three years, Real Hands-On worked with NATCO leadership to move from disconnected reports to an integrated strategy execution system. Group-level strategy maps were defined, linking financial performance, customer experience, internal processes, and capability development. For each strategic objective, KPIs and – where relevant – OKRs were designed and documented, ensuring consistent performance measurement across business units.

Outcome: a unified performance management system for NATCO Group, enabling consistent strategic planning, KPI tracking, and performance review across Mercedes-Benz Egypt Network, insurance, and automotive services.

Workshops, Governance, and Practical Tools

The engagement combined consulting work, department-level workshops, and one-to-one working sessions with key stakeholders. Real Hands-On facilitated cross-entity workshops to agree on common KPIs, establish governance for performance measurement, and define strategic planning and review cycles. The result was a documented performance system, including KPI dictionaries, performance review templates, and guidance for dashboards.
